A formal response-time commitment is pending legal review; this page is not a completed notice-and-takedown process. The reporting channel itself already exists: use the "Report this package" link on any package detail page, or go directly to /en/report?package=<publisher>/<name>, choose "Legal" as the reason, and describe the concern. Reports are queued for a Kura Hub operator to triage and may lead to suspension or a signed revocation, followed by publisher notification.
